Pre-Purchase Building Inspection
The Visual Building Inspection - Our report covers the structural soundness of the building, significant defects to exterior and interior elements, the condition of the improvements to the property and any maintenance issues on the day of the inspection. We inspect the exterior of the building and improvements to the property, all interior rooms, inside the roof void and the roof surface. Our building inspection report is carried out in accordance with Australian Standards 4349.1-2007.

Pre-Purchase Pest Inspection
The Visual Pest Inspection - A full visual inspection of the exterior of the building and immediate surrounding property. All accessible internal rooms, the roof void and sub floor where applicable to detect termite activity, damage and conditions conducive to termite attack. Our Pest inspection report is carried out to Australian Standard AS4349.3
